Oprah Winfrey and the cast of her shows have contributed to spread the word about low-carb diets. These diets are designed to aid in losing weight without requiring you to eliminate carbs from your diet. You can reduce your carbohydrate intake by substituting high-protein food items for carbs. There was nothing else. So , people were intrigued and joined the program.
